this is an anim which ive recently done, if its not up to standard :P then ill post in the begginers. this is just to really define how good/bad i am... i would post more but theyre bigger than the file restrictions :(

I think you shou put the sword behind the stick figure, then it will look like he is holding it. I think you need to read a tutorial on smoothing,
if its going to jump you should have a biuld up of him springing into instead of what looks like a giant leap. He also needs to land in the same sort of way

besides the choppiness, just have him crouch before the leap, then it'll look much better

No easing, needs trailing, I would say it's a test.

i watched a smoothness tut and did a front flip... i think the flips quite good but i might have to make the landing a bit better :P

I think with the flip he should have his legs straighter when he lands and then bend them to absorb the impact.

You need trails, easing, and I think you got smoothing for now, just learn those two for now.
