2. You must PM the nominations like this:

*In the PM a picture of the person
3. You cannot nominate yourself
4. You can only nominate one person
5. You must at least have ONE picture. Two are allowed.

Since last time Jeremy and Zed were the only people who can read, their nominations remain while everyone else can suck a dick until they do it right. And yeah that means my nomination is out too until someone else does it right.
