But you need equipment, like fingerless short gloves, wrist support, knee support, good grippy shoes (especially for wall running), you need natural spring, speed, a good sense of momentum and good eye sight, quick reactions.

It's the best, try it (but with the equipment for your first time).
I don't need or use those stuff because i'm advanced at it.
1. Don't try to do it over buildings if you're just starting (and even when you've done a bit, don't try it till you're ready).
2. When falling from a height greater than yourself, roll when you land.
3. Vault over obstacles to keep the flow

yes i have played mirrors edge. But i knew and did parkour before that.
I just wanted to get some people to do parkour with me and seeing as he's not TOO far away, then i thought we could do some together?
It's like a hobby but more serious and is just for fun :D
