A neat little logo i've been planning out for a few days on paper, colour scheming and all that, and i came to this final design, and i am hoping to get this logo on some shirts for my parkour group.

I reckon the colour scheme is quite good, anyway tell me what you think!
(i noticed that people seem to shy away from my art posts, Why?)

do you realise this was painted? some of the stuff i drew with texta which is why it looks a bit scruffy.
I then just touched up the black to make it look darker.
So really, this about as good as it gets mate. I didn't use no stupid easy-ass program to create it.
If my flash had of arrived, then it would of been a lot better!
It would have a lot straighter lines and much better colour, but painting is much MUCH more different then drawing it up on the computer.

Yeah it's a little messy, you need to bring the colour varience up to around 4 or maybe 5 for a logo.
Logos also need to fit into objects square on, so that it would look tidy on a web design, or paper for example.
if your logo was all over the place as yours is, you'd need to shrink it down to fit in un-necessary filled space.

also the styles vary within that logo, try and stick to one.

It's a nice concept though, and could develop into something very nice. Work on it :)

Way too complicated, Colors dont work together, and its extremely messy. Also the name isnt even clearly visible in it. Theres no distinct and defining shape, which is what a logo needs.

1. Colours do work
2. No defining shape my ass
3. I don't have a name because the logo is distinct. Go look at other parkour groups, and their logo doesn't involve a name (www.urbanfreeflow.com)
and who do you think you are, it's not like you're someone important, you know nothing.

Wow you need to chill...
So in a month you've perfected your skills at atrs?
I doubt it :/

That seems to have a clearly defined image, that fits nicely into a squared area.

Just sit there a be quiet while people are trying to help you and stop taking offense to every innocent point that speaks against your belief, you little shit. You MAY offer an intelligent rebuttal to posts you disagree with, but don't fly off the wagon saying **** like, "1. Colours do work 2. No defining shape my ass". If you haven't noticed yet, you look like an asshole when you treat people that way when they're offering good advice.

Crits:
-the electricity looks out of place. (if it's not electricity then it doesn't look like anything else whether real or otherwise except for 5 scribbles.)
-The white background is confusing. The part that is right around the focal point looks good. It looks like it's been painted with a brush, When it gets to the greyer and rounder area, maybe it's just me, but I don't see the same item as the area around the focal point, but a ball-ish sort of thing just place in the background. It seems odd how it's painted next to the central part of the background.
-The focal point of the image is odd, but odd is good. I am left confused at what it is! The blue spiky part looks like a mountain and the top part looks like a rocket flying off the mountain. But it doesn't matter what it really is. The main thing I can offer as criticism for your focal point is the color scheme. You claim of a good color scheme while using blue green orange and red. Red and green as well as Blue and Orange are both pairs of clashing colors. It's recommended that unless you know what you're doing very much that you avoid blending clashing colors together. So as you use these colors juxtaposed and solidly, I have to report that the color scheme is in fact NOT very good.

Overall it has potential but it does need work. I can see it working better with some more effort and photoshop.
