Try and ease the transition from one to another

Make it flow from one animation into another, instead of near constant speed change

An extra 5 frames inbetween each at least.

Not smooth.
Transition from walk to run to sprint was not done very well; the transition needs to be smoother. The 3 stages of running are much too evident. This is difficult to animate in general though.
The pose of the figure is not realistic, because you would never run like that.
