I did this in paint. i did it in like 10 mins. I made mistakes and at first was not sure what to do, so that took up some of the ten mins.

I'ts pretty good for paint, sounds like you have a little too much time on your hands though!

Will everyone just stop posting sticks in the Art section?
I mean really, the only thing there, that could be rated, is the bottle.
Just waste a bit more time doing good backgrounds and expressions in real faces.

every computer comes with paint or a paint like program, if theres an OS installed

Not using them is a start. I, personally, love Paint. I use it often and sometimes come out with good results. Don't use the program as an excuse for it.
I hate to use myself as an example since it feels like I'm blowing my own trumpet, which I kind of am. But, anyway, it's possible to get something unrelated to sticks with paint. http://s0lvent-abuse.deviantart.com/art/Barrett-50Cal-110348376

Ok, i was being sarcastic when i said you can't do anything else in paint. I've done guns before and they turned out pretty good. But that's all i've tried. I was trying to compare it to other paint/art programs like artrage. I was trying to say how sucky it was. That's all.
