ok... first of all I wasnt trying to make a cool-kickass-killbill-ninja-bulletproof katana... but just a lame, small one cos I never done it before.

I had this idea when I saw the whole in the basement and I got interested about making a katana for FREE.

and I had those "rubber hamers" or whatever they are called in USA/UK

so I checked with my eyes how long the "holding" thingy should be and then I started to smash for 15 minutes the "blade" side
Image

Then I checked the situation... and I wasn't happy about the straight

So I started to smash with a smaller hammer for about 10 minutes

but the situation wasn't getting better, so I got scared that I would make it even worst and I didnt smash no more.
Image

oh well... I had to do something about the end of the "blade" cos it looked like a square if you know what I mean. So I cuted it with that thing
Image

on the end of the work I just squeezed the "sharp" side of the "blade" just to look like it's sharp.
Image

and that's it! Homemade katana (not dangerous (exept the part where I cuted))

Take the grinder you used on the end of it, put on a sandpaper disk of some kind, sharpen it and use it instead of a normal knife at every opportunity.

Hey, that's pretty cool. Don't swing it around like a retard though, even if it isn't sharp that pole will hurt like **** if it hits the bone in your lower leg

Lol. Well, he said it's mostly for decorational purposes and that he still needs some work to get done with it.
