It was a good movie, however my opinion may be biased because Im in that "Glorious Epic Crusade full of millions of knights" phase. Being athiest didn't stop me from enjoying this film. I really enjoyed Liam Neesons acting and Edward Norton's as well. It had a good cinematic feel to it even though the cut I watched was 4 hours long.

Oh, and I just can't help but to post this scene

Edward Norton wasn't in this. I think you mean Orlando Bloom.

And how would being an atheist diminish your appreciation for this film?

Well, I suppose it isnt that big of a deal, but I would guess normally an athiest would be a bit upset during scenes that largely revolved around religion, such as when Baelius prays at the top of Jerusalem.

Oh, and the man in the mask was King Baldwin IV.

If that's what you think, you'll probably have a bunch of angry atheists on your ass.

Yeah, mr. Religion-scenes-annoy me. If you're trolling, stop while you can.

I liked this film a lot. There was enough action and thoughts for me to consume. Made me think about lots of things I've never thought about.

And no, I'm not an Orlando Bloom fan.

Not really. I still enjoy Bruce Almighty as much now as when I was a Christian. I liked this when I saw it. I enjoyed Star Trek V: The Final Frontier, despite its mindless pandering to the religious.
