Well I have serious doubts that is your first animation, but meh.

It was quite good, but lacked force. Also the blood needs work on.

Heres an update, i just liked the way the kick turned out.

And i apologise, I looked at many tutorials from the tutorials section.. Apparently its good to use 22fps, I have messed around just looking at the various functions in flash, but now, my World of Warcraft is fully updated, and im going to play!

Yea, If It is your first animation, It's pretty god damn good. And by force I mean, better reactions, more easing, more enticipation and a bigger follow-through.

The blood just teleported to the walls, make some more frames inbetween. Needs more anticipation, make them charge up for the attack, you'll have to lean back before you can give a good punch, improve that. The gun wasn't really pretty but that doesn't really matter. The physics were off a little too. I like the style, needs a tad more easing but it'll be fine.

Hmm thats a good point, the others should be keeping watch, maybe reading newspapers, talking, everything that normal people do!
