we can't tell you which tool to use, you have to like the tool your using. and have fun animating with it. I could actually not care less if you made an animation with a rainbow colored stick. It's all in the animators style.

Animation needs to be slowed down btw, to fast.

Omfg.. you're good with brush, I can't tell the difference if it weren't for the words at the top. I'm not going to tell you to do brush, but I'm going to say that I liked the brush better.

Your brush is better. Your line is stiff and gets way to fast. Go back to your old way of animating it was cooler. The one where you only used brush.
