Click on "Post Reply" or "Go Advanced" and you'll get a whole load of options. It's above the text box and slightly to the right.

Alternatively just wrap the link in the tags .

Thank you agin Zed.....I have one last question though I added Blur effects In Adoble CS2 and I put them on to some of my videos from following a tut on stick page and I wanted to upload one from Image Shack but it keeps saying that an error occured while uploading can you tell me why I would appreciate it
