i have saved a gif at 6/100 and it is still just as slow as any other number near abouts. how do i get it fast?

my first fighting scene with "special effects", lol

when i bring down the "save as type" tab it only says stk.,gif.,and bit.
.and when i save it as "gif " it just gives me like 800 individual frames as pics..wtf do i do? do i have an out dated version?

It's easy... Just:

-Go to swfup.com
-Register on the upper bar of that site.
-If you already have an animation made click on search and go to the place where you save it.
-Click twice on it:p
-Click upload and voilá!
