So my batteries in my wireless controller are good and i have this problem where i play the game then when i press the right trigger it disconnects but when im in the pause menu it doesnt wtf is up with that.

Well if it doesn't have this problem in any other game than its not just the controller.

Turn vibrations off. Theres probably a loose conection inside somewhere disconnecting when it vibrates. Typicly in first person shooters pulling the right trigger ingame causes the controller to vibrate which would explain why it doesnt happen in the menu.
