Awesome, but I don't know anything about 3d programs.
Although, I think it lacks easing.

3d is really confusing, its quite hard, its just moving, no drawing at all, no thinking at all, you just move the parts of the model =D

You can try out the free trial version of Maya 2009, thats the program I use =)

Thank you for the comment, I was trying to ease it, but Im noob at 3d, its one of my first animations.. like 5th ever =D

Its pretty good! I think his head moved a bit too much compared to his body, but otherwise its great

his upper body seems to be moving too much, when people walk i think that the arms just move abit but they dont shake and turn.

It looks really good anyways.
Also, do you make your own characters or are they already in the program?

The tie looked 2D, and the glasses moved choppily up and down.

But the hands are cool, as is the face. Did you make the model?
