I do it on occaision. Most of the time it is an unnecessary four letter addition to the post, but I think "****ed up" is a fairly concise term that gets the message accross. ******* can be funny if used sparingly. I might have sworn when someone posted an argument against evolution once. Besides that, no, you're right. Prehaps I should swear more often.

A high beginner is animations like this (mine from ages a go):

http://i25.tinypic.com/314ummt.gif
http://i25.tinypic.com/2lbkv2o.gif
http://i26.tinypic.com/2crx28g.gif
http://i32.tinypic.com/6sawbn.gif
http://i32.tinypic.com/2ns9z4o.gif

There is nothing wrong at all, and they are as I intended them (well, there may be little things wrong in some of them, in that case it isn't high beginner). It's perfectly fine, but I never got to inter because I didn't vary anything. I had the basics down to the bone, but I never experimented with heavy spacing, using effects or storylines, so high beginner I was. Low beginner is where you don't implement any of the basics (such as easing, physics and stiffness/smoothness), or do so in the wrong way/places. Med beginner is where you do get some or most of the basics down, but it may be stiff or not eased enough. High beginner is where you've got all of the basics down but don't experiment furhter with effects and storylines to create variation. Inter is where you do that. Based on this, he is low beginner because he didn't have any of the basics, and the ones he did have he implemented wrongly.

Hmm. I retract my origional comment about excellence, but I still feel instinctively that this is better than low beginner. Maybe it's the droidz stuff that's doing it to me. Oh well, you're more experienced then I am, I'll trust your judgement.

At a stretch it could be seen as med beginner, but very LOW med beginner at that (wow, did I just use a sub-sub rank?). There are many more deserving animations that have been classed as only just med beginner though.

Oh lord, everyone that said this is good is a moron. Seriously. You're just letting him in for a fall later. It was low beginner. There was no easing in the bodyparts because NONE OF THEM MOVED; it was too stiff, and the physics sucked. You used sticks of droidz and a background of droidz. Without those two, people might have looked at it differently (and not thought It was good because of them). Practice simple things such as walking and running, then move on to more complex things.

There are a number of reasons why i hate this,
1. You r FLAMING my first post.
2. That was something i made in, like, 5 MINUTES
3. Almost everybody uses droidz,
4. Let's see how good you are. Huh? HUH?!

If it's made five minutes, then make something you did with more effort, else you get nowhere, You need to use every limb of a body to move so use them all in pivot as well.
Automaton already showed how good he was.

That isn't flaming. Flaming would be an insult directed at you for no correct reason. If anything I was calling people that told you you were good a moron. I then stated why they ranked you wrong
2. That was something i made in, like, 5 MINUTES
That is no excuse. Either spend more time on it, or do a more well thought out anim in that time. I've done better in 5 minutes, but that's not you. I'm just saying, NEVER use that or that you were bored/don't care as an excuse.
3. Almost everybody uses droidz,
I never said there was a problem with that. I said people probably liked your animation because of that, and that shouldn't be the case. Besides which not every uses droidz. I wish this section would go back to when respectful animators posted animations, such as Zawmbee, DoD, Stormwalker and Pf0. Believe me, don't use droidz. Make your own sticks, though it is occasionally OK to use BG's off there AS LONG AS YOU GIVE CREDIT TO THE MAKER.
4. Let's see how good you are. Huh? HUH?!
I've just shown you some of my animations, but that's not the point. I bet simon Cowell can't actually sing in real life but he's still a good judge. I don't have to be better than you to know more about it than you.

Show some respect, and realise I wasn't flaming you at all. There was no need to get bitchy over this.

You're a bit too selfish automaton, you think you stand above almost every beginner.... (might be true, but don't say it out loud that much)

no, it's clever, it takes less time then making own things at the begin, and later, when you've become better, you make your own things.

and? the point is? that you own? that he's a noob? ppl put things on droidz BECAUSE they want others to use it. That's called sharing. It's only usefull for ppl who can't make certain things on their own.
