how in the hell can you improve if your figure is in the same position through out the animation????
all you did was rotate him.
you lacked a shit load of easing.
at leats put SOME movement in your anim.

that wouldn't even take a minute.

right if your doin's spacing, do it with an object not a stick man, such as a ball.

what ya wanna do is.....

1st frame: stationary
2nd frame:move 1 pixel
3rd:move 2 pixels
4th:move 5 pixels
5th:8 pixels
6th:12 pixels
7th:8 pixels
8th:5 pixels
9th:2pixels
10th:1 pixel

there you have a steady ease.

... Okay, either you don't get out a lot, or you have never seen someone jump. Honestly, you don't even need to see it! What in the world would make you even THINK that somone jumps in the air like that? I'm sorry, but... that's just sad... GhostFace made a good explanation on easing, follow it... and please, think... "Does that look right?" If you don't know the answer, go to Dark Demon and look at the veteran section, you can see some nice animated jumps there. Keep trying, don't let harsh criticism bring you down.

I'M LAZEH! lol, just kidding. Meh, leave it to someone else, I've lost a lot of passion for pivot... as in, I lost inspiration, and I don't know what to animate. I'll make an animation every few months, but, uhh... that's about it lol.
