Now I'm in a good mood today so I will actually comment.

Your are improving, but very slowly, as I said, you should go to the flash section.

You should put the floor on a dfferent layer, so The sticks dont make massive holes in it. Also, when you punch you should bring your arm back slowly and release it quickly. Furthermore, don't use the eraser for those kind of effects, ok?
