Hi, I was thinking about starting to make some games.

This thread has already probably been made, but I can't find it.

Should I start off with learning AS2 or AS3.

Also, when I try to download adobe flash CS3, it says that Adobe "Cmaps" are missing. Has anyone got any help on that aswell.

I don't know AS3, but given that you're starting now, you might as well learn that. No point going backwards, I think. Plus AS3 has A LOT of advantages over AS2.
