Hey, don't worry about it - you've definately got the important physics down it seems (anticipation, force, easing, and so on). You may find that the grid in Flash helps in keeping sticks the same size just as a by the way fact, and of course the wobbliness will decrease with experience. You should also practice reactions by inserting another stick in there, it would be both good practice, and entertaining for us critiquing.

Did you animate in easytoon or something before?
It's quite good.
It's a bit wobbly, and maybe ease a bit more, but physics and such are good.

lol Nice, For a first. I think it's pretty acceptable for a combo too.
To help with resising, try hitting "ctrl + #" for the grid
Or View > Grid > Show Grid
To draw teh stick I reccomend you Zoom In to around 400% & use line, or brush smoothing of 35-45 to draw it.
I also reccoment making your canvas a little smaller & for you to research the Vcam aswell.
Just informing you of the most popular things used in flash.
Oh yeah also. A Tablet can help withe animation if you're able to draw with one. They take getting used to, but they're much faster in the end. I only use a mouse, I'll invest in one some time. But yeah, get one if you have the money man. :)
