FL Studios is pretty easy to learn, but has certain limitations. Me, Exilement and Schall use it

I use FL and Reason 4. I like to use Rewire and combine the two because I like FL's sequencer, but Reason has some good sounds and VSTs that are pretty easy to access.

Doc, what exactly do you mean by longer notes, though? Like a note that plays without stopping? Is this a synth you're talking about or some sort of sampled instrument like a soundfont?

FlexiMusic has a lot of good sounds, but they are all either too short or too long. I was looking for something that can use a sound as a quarter note or a full note, or anywhere in between. FlexiMusic has only one length for each note, as far as I can tell
