When you have a short animation like this, put a few frames at the beginning and end of the animation. Otherwise its too fast to see because it loops way too fast. The animation was not bad

I'll try to make it slower next time, I think I can achieve this by adding more frames inbetween?

Wow, that was really good for a first. You definetly have easing and keeping your animation really smooth down. But the punch lacked power, so before he throws the punch make him lean back.
