That was pretty good. But you need a little more anticipation.
And your anticipation needs more easing, it moves normal for 3 frames, then it barely moves for 1 frame, that's all the anticipation was.

It should be:
Moves: 2 frames
Moves a little: 1 frames
Barely moves: 2 frames
Well, maybe not exactly like that, but you get the idea.

Also, he needs to move more while he's air born, he stays in the same pose to long. One more thing, he didn't bend his knees enough on the landing, making it look kind of stiff. Keep going, you could try this again to get the motion down. I wouldn't suggest posting a second thread for it though. Just incorperate it in another animation to see if you get the motion down.
