Overeased?

It resizes alot while he punches, but i cant be stuffed changing it. Anyway point of this thread, is the punch overeased? I can never seem to get easing right...

Take out the middle frame to add force and it'll be fine as far as easing is concerned

...or anything with movement involved. It doesn't have to be a fight - make a parkour or skateboarding animation, or even dancing. Or even just random objects moving fluidly.

Woah! Huge resize haha.

His legs and feet are in a weird position to start with for the first three frames. Make his body go more into the punch. He just sort of stepped into the punch. You want to make it look forceful so create wider stance when he punches, so it looks like he made a bigger step. For the jump, you could have used another frame when he landed. It went from getting up, straight into a stand. I would put another frame inbetween them.

What framerate do you use ? It looked quite choppy.
