What can I improve on.

Maybe slide the duck a bit more to the middle of the shirt.
And if this would hang in the stores , i would not buy it.

Fair points. But regarding the feather thing- it was actaully based off a rubber duck initially. Which is probably why it looks that way.

However if it looked wrong I suppose its still something worth changing.

Move it opposite of where it is. That's pretty much the only thing you can do. So that it's "looking in" instead of "looking out"

indeed, it should be rather at the right side looking left.
and maybe you should either get rid of that shades beneath it or add a bit blood pool looking LIQUID and not that stroky.

nice one i think. too many shot holes for my taste ^^
