Your second one is not an animation, it is a printscreen of your desktop, and there is a seperate thread for that. The third one lacks the basic principles of animation.

The last two are better, but still low beginner. The first (out of these two) appears to briefly become a lollipop, is very choppy, and quite stiff. You need to add more frames in the middle and work on moving more limbs each frame. The second is, again, stiff and choppy. The same comments apply, also the gun will have some kick so you need to bring the hand up as it fires.

Lastly, never use the base stick and actually spend some time on your animations.

1. post you animation smaller. (when you save them, resise to 50%)

2. Post them all on the same post (You can just edit the first post)

3. You seem to be falling into a trap alot of beginners fall into. Ill give it to you straight... They all looked like shit, there were no plausibly possible movements, physics where slow and boring, and your using the default.

Not being mean but it had to be said, and alot of people are like you. Go to http://www.darkdemon.org/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=22662 read the whole thing, listen to what he says and practice, practice, practice.

Focus on

Movements first. eg. punching, kicking, running, walking, jumping ect.

then

Physics. eg Try doing some ball physics, through some sticks of buildings ect.

then

Easing and antisipation. eg. in your punches, kicks, running ect.

then

Effects. Try out some effects

Also put more frames in (if you want it it look good you need to take time on it, not rush it)

When youve done all that post again. (You dont need to post in the beginners section, but people will get less annoyed if you do)

Besides what was already said, you need to use different, more detailed figures for stuff like the gun, the bullet, and the casing. If you have trouble making your own, you can download them places too (but personally I prefer to be creative).

You really need to keep practicing, because so far your stuff looks pretty bad.
