Just try, and try, and try. You'll get better eventually. You won't get good in a day.

You can ask in the "Pivot organisation" thread for a mentor.

And yeah, I animated Pivot about 7 months, and I'm just a high beginner, or medium beginner.

The way I think of it, mentors for animation are extremely useless, like taking college classes to learn how to write a song. When you animate you're supposed to come up with you own style and your own methods. Learning everything from someone else would really just make you a carbon copy of them. Animation really isn't as hard as you think. All you need to do is just hunker down and get rid of all distractions. There's no secret method to animation. All you need is artistic skill, patience, and imagination.

You don't even need artistic skill. Especially in ****ing pivot.
It helps if you look in a mirror or something and do each movement. Then just try to animate what you see.

Word of advice.

You won't get anywhere in pivot.
If you really must do it though, just practice practice, practice.
One day it will all just click.

Add lots more frames, and then up the framerate to get rid off all that choppiness. Do you know/understand what easing is? If not, check some tutorials in the tutorial section.
