a favicon is applied to a website by putting it in the root directory as a file named favicon.ico and encoded in a particular format

favicon.cc has a tendency to leave a white pixel at (1,1)

I vote for stickfigure. I think the forum page is a little too plain. Doesn't show anything about animating when I come on this site. Its just the main page.

The menu bar at the main page isn't attractive. I also think that the page is a bit unorganized.
