I like both of em. This one is cool. Nice gloop thingy.

No problem .

Looked cool but the only problem I see is how his head gets sucked inwards. That makes it look awkward. I would just make it like do the exact opposite of what you did. Instead of invert...exvert? Well like cone out.

Very interesting style. It reminds of old school stickfigures.
The gloopy feel is interesting, although it could definitely be improved heavily.
Easing was low-moderate.
Smooth animation.

Kinto, I did think it looked akward, but I didn't know how to make him go into the gloop any other way =/

My only problem as that the head was very wobbly. (I'm not talking about the gloop part).
