No it was dragon because I had to already delete about 20-30 pms to take that screenshot. There's also a gap in the the PM time code if you look carefully. I saw the 400 on the spot and that's about where it was.

I checked the admin CP and it said there was a 60 second wait under all user permissions.

I don't know if there's a secret mod permission, but he fooled me too. I'm not too sure it is strictly about the mod permissions because he was definitely breaking vBulliten anyway lol.

I'm still irritated that my clever technique for sending five at a time didn't work.
