I don't know if it's just me, but I feel kind of bad for the guy.

They didn't have any real need to tazer him. They didn't even tell him the charge, which I'm pretty sure you have to, which made me feel like they didn't really have any reason. And also since they didn't run after him at the end made me feel as if it really wasn't of much importance.

Guy's kinda weird though.
