Does anyone have any advice about the frame delay? When I save something as .gif file so I can upload it, it shows an option about frame delay. Should I leave it a one or another number?

Change the frame delay to 6, that usualy works the best. also change 'shrink frames' to 2 and uncheck merge.

Frame delay 6 is actually the only one that works properly. Any faster and it just messes up and makes your stuff look choppy.
