In my media tech class we were told to practice using the selection tools in photoshop so i made this:

I saved it at a lower quality so it doesn't look as good.

lol i used the selection tool for something.
i used it to take the picture of the car and smoke and add it into a background.

@strills- lol theres not much of a difference except that the focused part is less noticeable.
@Aklemo- i was aiming for a dark neon lighting effect =P. But if you want to see the original colors of the pictures i used i have them down there. :D

i dont blame you, teachers cant grasp the concept that you can draw with those programs, and all they know how to do is filters and croping.
