to make that better you should of applied soft/cell shading.

I hate to say it but I disagree with the majority. The colouring on that is spectacular, and yes it's only colouring, but that can be considered art. The tones it provides fit in well with each other and there's a subtle contrast between them.

I like the coloring in it honestly though just a bit to bright even though they are bright. Naruto though is a bit over popular in my opion so it's not very good with that.
