I find the "adorability" levels of the smiles in question at the same level as kittens and flowers. You find those same smiles creepy, which means your skin feels a creeping sensation caused by the horror or fear of said smiles. Remembering that I am putting the smiles in the same league as kittens and flowers, one could understand that I must assume the sight of kittens and flowers would cause the same creeping sensation in your skin for the same reason.
