Could you not do it in paint, and it's pretty terrible.
It's hard to distinguish it's features.
And the background is cheap.

I must invariably agree to orange blob, I think that art should be an expression or at the very least idea or concept. Not some spider that was yanked out of the think tank in micro soft paint. Look at my shitty signature for example, it isn't very good yet I produced it and took the time to make it what it is. Because it was an idea I had that I wanted to make real.

Read some tutorials. If you're doing digital art, I recommend you get a tablet (google it, I'm not going to hold your hand). I prefer doing my still art on pen and paper and scanning it, but that's just because I can't take my laptop everywhere.

We'll, as far as an off color edgy spider goes it is fine. Particularly the fact that it was made in micro soft paint. However, it is just a spider. I feel that it was not very great, and that there was not any effort involved.
