How Do I Make Flash Special Effects!

Hey guys, over the years I've seen these awesome flash special effects, usually SHOCKWAVE-looking. Like in the animation Indestructible Collab 2, when Endo-K makes the guy pulling out the sword, the shockwave it makes there, and when he takes out his gun. If you know what I'm talking about, and you are experienced in animating, AND HAVE USED THESE SPECIAL EFFECTS BEFORE. Then please help! :D

Uhh.... Depends which special effects you want, it looks like you're talking about particles. Just draw the full effect out and then redraw it frame by frame, with every frame removing part of the effect and moving it at the same time towards the destination.
Really, the solution for everything is to watch what you want frame-by-frame and copy it.

when i try making effects, i make circles and bluring them..
then i would like increase the size of the circle and blur it more till theres no more.. i only use that for speed stuff

well i couldnt understand wat u were tryingto ask but to blur the thing is that u right click the object and make it into a movie clip grafic thing or wat ever..

(Simple blur.)
Right click the object you want to blur.
Timeline effects > Effects > Blur.
