My first pet was a cat, thought I don't say it was my first pet since I was a baby and didn't really do anything to take care of it.

My first pet was and still is my black lab mix. His name is Poochie and I got him when I was 5. It was funny, 5 months after I named him that robotic dog toy came out with his name. Not sure how old he is, but he's got white hairs on his face that makes it look like he has a beard. He's short and shaped like a pickle but he isn't really fat, it's just the way he's built.

It's funny, I come out to see him and he has a smile on his face, gets up and leans against me as if I was a bike stop and I scratch his belly. Ah, good dog.
