For the first one... uhh, dunno what to say about that one.
For the second one, since you're doing a 3D kick, picture it realistically, and proportion it for 2D. You'd need a certain level of artistic sense to do this, imo, but anyone can with practice.
I don't know if you were going for slow-mo in both of them but, speed up parts that need to be sped up, and ease the parts that need to be eased. You'll get a better sense with practice and viewing decent animations frame-by-frame.

Lol ya they were both suppose to be in slow-mo. THe first one i was really just trying to learn how to flip. And as for the second one I tried hard to make it look 3d but I guess i failed lol. Oh well.
