So I recently took up card counting, and I'm at the point of being able to count a single deck and guess the final card (range)
I was wondering if anyone else here has thought about counting cards, or already does, because learning by yourself is very boring.

Card mechanics? not gonna be very helpful in a casino where the DEALER deals the cards.

Even if I wanted to learn Card mechanics, it'd take very long, mastering the second card dealing is hard enough, and it gets way harder.
For what I want, the most mechanical thing I could learn is Ace Tracking.

My uncle tought me how to count cards cus he did it a while ago and is a millionaire for it. I just never kept up with it because there are really only a few people who can master it, and to use it in a casino with the pressure and such narrows it down even smaller. A genious who can handle pressure is basically what you would have to be and the dealers/owners/security in casinos make sure as hell to make sure you aren't counting.

That's why i'm training, and it's not illeagle, they just don't like you doing it. Really, anyone can do it, but like you said mastering it is hard, as it gets insane later on.

I'm pretty sure there are fifty-two cards in the deck.

I really don't see what you're getting at.

It's fairly obvious that everything you said is a lie because card counting is easy as hell, as long as you are using the most common method to keep count (forgot the name). Good luck tricking the casinos though. Even with counting your chances of walking out with a profit are only just barely above 50%

Going for the literal meaning of "card counting".Quote from Sunder ForgeI really don't see what you're getting at.
Anyway, the guess the last card is a good trick, but it's kind of worthless. Learn to apply it to poker and blackjack.
I only do chip tricks. Flashy, but it's just for fun. I only play with friends anyway.

The hi/lo method, easiest of them all, prefered by the MIT.
But realy, I doubt the 50% point alot, if you can;
1) Track Aces (Mechanic)
2) Determine the right amout to bet using the optimal betting system (step two of my training)
3) Get a table partner ( Easy)
4) Count cards like a master
It'll be like bringing a gun to a knife fight.

Got'cha
And Card counting in poker? That's possible..... only if you can guess extremely well, and learn some crazy equations.

And the optimal betting system is simple. Just bet high when the count is high.

You gotta do some crazy shit though, with the number of decks x some other crazy shit, then use the true count.

I remember reading about that. Didn't remember any of it though, as I don't plan to try and go into casinos with this.
