Why do they keep releasing the exact same game but only end up adding about 50 tiny new adjustments?

Why can't they just release a completely new game, i.e new starting zone, new characters, new pokemon, etc etc.

Not just a new trainer and 50 new pokemon <.<

I agree with Vincent, but I still want this game. I loved Silver so much. I think I still have it around here somewhere.

The only game I ever played on my gameboy was gold version, and I used my gameboy a lot :D

I've been playing pokemon since blue and red, and I don't think I've missed a generation yet (Except for leaf green and fire red, but they were remakes). Gold and Silver were definitely the best, and I'm going to need to get one of these.

Because their new games are shit. So they remake the ones that were good.
