It was stiff, uneased(a bit). There seems to be a bit to much force for just a punch.

Look. People post animations here so that they can get criticised and become better. Rival pointed out - accurately - that your animation lacked easing and was stiff. It is a low beginner level animation, and therefore belongs in the beginner section.

Rival's animations are of a much higher quality than your one is here. If you calm down and accept what we tell you, and then go on to take our advice, you will improve. If you can't take the criticism, you won't, and you might as well gtfo.
