Mess around with it, get used to the motion shit and whatnot.

-Make some Mii's.
-(If you have it set-up with Internet) Look at the shop channel, grab all the free channels like the Check Mii Out channel and stuff.
-Play around with Wii Sports(Unless you have already gotten more games for it) to get used to the motion sensitive controlls and the feel of the Wiimote/Nunchuck.

-Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.(The closest the Wii has to offer for a RPG)
