So I sometimes watch other animators animate with the program Teamviewer, and you can record that too, so I did and saved it. Now I can only save it as a .tvs file. Now do you guys know of any program that might be able to turn .tvs to a movie format? When I tried Google I only found stuff about televisions.

Try opening the file via Adobe Premiere Pro and saving it as .avi or your file format of preference.
