Wow, that is amazing. Very nice, a bit of pause though halfway through the flip, but maybe that is your style. How long did this take you BTW.

NOoooooooo, wrong direction my friend, you should do more real Frame by frame animation, dont do stuff like this, I used to do it too and for me it was very easy to make, but it didnt look "right" Thats just advice =)

You should do more FBF because i really hate watching the same looking frame just squishy over slightly. But its really your choice. Oh and it looks nice.

The landing needs easing, and because you left it out it ruins the otherwise cool stylised feel.
