Try and tell them ways to better themselves, like using paint.net, GIMP or openCanvas instead of paint...

Don't idiots like you read the stickies, stop bumping shit and being a mini-mod, the moderators would have picked up on it if it was severe enough to be worth bothering with.

Plus you just called him a noob which he might take offensivly and paint is a very good program if you know how to use it.

No one's perfect, and no ones superior to another person.
And noob doesn't have to be used as a negative comment, it was original newbie, which was a shorter version of new player or new person.
