So I'm planning on working out allot more in this summer because I ain't going nowhere and I need to lose some weight and can use some strength.
I was wondering if any of you know a great site to have some tips for beginners, or maybe you know how to start, etc. etc.
What I do now is usually about 15 sit-ups each commcercial break when I'm watching a movie or Family guy or whatever. And 10 push-ups.
My length is 1.70 meters and my weight is 62 kg, and I'm 15 years old (2 August I'll turn 16)

Lol, tutorials for losing weight and work-out?
You do whatever you feel like it. I go jogging every evening and it's pretty good, especially when you get used to it. I eat normally, but I burn the calories, which means one loses weight. Just set your own goals.

I think he means do them 20 times.
How I seem to stay healthy:
Hang with friends, play some shit, tada-I'm tired and all healthy.

No, not really tutorials, just guides what beginners of my age should do. Simply because I heard going to hard on yourself in the very beginning can cause some serious injuries.

This isn't Flash or Easytoon. Beginners do whatever they feel like it. Wokr-out is easy. You warm-up, play basketball/run/football/whatever and then you just walk so your heart beat calms down. Take a shower and repeat every day.
You don't need tutorials to tell yu that. You do whatever your body feels comfortable with.

By work-out I ment just doing sets of push-ups/sit-ups and repeating those sets everyday, and I wanted to know if I'm doing fine with the ability of doing 15 or if I need to calm down/go more intensive.

Depends. Set your limit where you get tired. After a while of doing it, if you don't feel tired, go more intense. It's not exactly rocket science.

Honestly, the best way to burn fat and strengthen yourself is cardiovacular exercises . Pushup and situps will only focus on your abdominals, chest, and arms. Cardiovascular workouts focus on more muscles and also improve endurance and stamina. These workouts include jogging, running, sports, biking, swimming, etc.
The best way to lose weight fast is called gallows. Its where you jog, then spring, then jog, then sprint, over and over again. Its a killer, but it really gets you in shape fast.
Your not going to lose weight over night, this is a gradual process. You should feel sore, and if you don't try and push yourself for that extra 5mins that extra situp or theat extra pushup.
BTW: sit-ups are going to hurt your back. Instead, you should do crunches which is where you lift your legs in the air and create a 90 degree angle with them so your torso out the ground, you thighs are pointing up and your shins are pointing out. You then proceed to doing the same as the situps.

Jogging, even walking to lose weight, pussh-upd etc to tone muscles, weights to build up the muscle but there are warning about using them if you're under 16/17 due to the fact you're building heavy/dense muscle onto bones which are still growing.

Exactly...
Cardio-Lose weight
Weights- Gain muscle
About the weights though. What you want to do is use a relativley low weight. For bicep curls, probably around 10-15 lbs. No bench pressing untill you sixteen.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT- Do weights every other day, otherwise your body would stress itself and you wouldnt be gaining anything at all!

Ga fitnessen. Opdrukken en sit ups doen geen reet, vooral niet zo weinig :|
