SANDSPLEEF!

Sandspleef is a new game, brainchild of Dudeman, developed by Dudeman, MaxZ, and myself.

The game is played on a square arena, with a glass layer two spaces above. On that layer, two layers of sand sit. Above that, a judge's ring to call games.

The object of the game is to destroy the glass above you and trap your foe in the sand, in an area no more than 2x2 in size. Up to four players may compete, last man standing as determined by judges wins.

We anticipate accidental destruction of some sand, but if you destroy both blocks in a space, you're DQ'd.

Anyone on the private server can come see the prototype arena. The finer points are still being ironed out, but it's coming together very nicely, and soon we'll have a viable new spleef type!

Here's a screenshot of a turn based game in action. It's very chess like. Best game mode in my opinion.

also i went onto the public server and shits been griefed, an op has blocked off spawn with those indestructo blocks

I uncaged the public server, if it gets caged again let me know asap.

I just left it a second ago, it's caged. Only people with hacks can leave it.

Seems to be uncaged now. Couple of wierdos running around building.

I just laid waste to the server.
I got 5 people to quit and ruined all the fp fags stuff.

One guy tried to stop me by trying to bury me then I buried him and he quit.
