One of the problems here is that you can't up the frame rate in pivot if you want to show people your animations. You can do it on your own computer, but when you upload a pivot animation it cannot have a frame rate of anything other than 16fps or it will just slow down and become choppy, like it did in your last attempt.

I normally use 12fps, and then change it to 14. It makes it less choppy for as far as I see. If I use 16 fps I should make alot more in-between frames, so that it won't speed, that's only more work for just some more smoothing, but I can also do that with 12 or 14. And that is less trouble.

You do realize that 16 or 17 fps is the normal speed for Pivot, right?

Uncheck Merge
Supersample 4/Frame delay 6
Resize 50%

If it is that long that it lags, then just Import it into flash and save it as an .swf if you dont have flash, i will be glad to convert it for you.

You can change the frame rate in flash ect and it wont lag, if its that long that it lags in flash then a preloader is required.

Close Pivot 3
Delete/Uninstall Pivot 3
Use Pivot 2.2.5 100%
