Section One: Utensils
Fork: Usually a three or four pronged device with a handle used to poke and snare a section/piece of food.
Knife: Usually used with the fork, (can be used without the fork,) and long blade, usually with serrations on the cutting edge, attached to a handle. It is used to cut and/or maim your food.
Spoon:It's like a bowl on a stick. It's used to scoop/pour/fill.

Section Two: How to Use
Fork+Knife Combo: In one hand take your fork and use the other hand to grab the knife. First use your fork to poke and keep the piece of food in place as you cut. Next use your knife to cut/saw off a piece of succulent food that can fit in your mouth. If done correctly said piece should already be attached to your fork. Last you use the fork to carry the piece of food to your mouth, bite the food or close your teeth behind the food and then slide the fork from the food.

A fork by itself: Poke the food and bring it to your mouth. Bite our close your teeth around the back of the food and slide the fork out. Chew thoroughly and swallow.

A spoon to act as a scooping device: Angle the spoon so the edge of the bowl is on the surface to be scooped. Next press down on the spoon while you turn the edge upwards. Once the scooping edge is visible again draw the spoon away from the food. Next place the food where it was intended to be placed. (Mouth or bowl)

A spoon to act as a pouring device: Dip the spoon, bowl portion, into the target area. Wait for the basin to be completely/nearly filled. Draw the spoon from the target area and place said target nutrients into the intended place.

A Knife by itself: Use your hand to hold the food. Cut downwards or saw whilst applying a downward force. Once the knife is all the way through separate the cut piece from the piece in your hand.

Conclusion
Eating food is a simple process, and with the right amount of practice even you can become an expert of eating. A simple regimine of eating at least three times a day will help you become a master in no time. Please take these words and put them to good use.

I'm quite happy to have been of assistance. I'm thinking on creating a tutorial on how to breathe properly.

'How to blink 101' would also be a nice topic.
You see, my eyes are burning.
