Yes, I'm an aspiring flash movie producer and I was wondering if anyone had tips on how to put like, mass speed and what not into stick movies. Like running and punching really fast. I'd like to learn how to do that. Any tutorials would be great. I can't seem to find any anywhere.

When they are running fast. One way is to just blur everything. Another is draw a background, blur it, then make it change really fast. Just look at animations that use those effects and learn from them.

Is there any methods besides bluring a lot to show speed?

Increase the frame rate to about 24.

Animate the stick figures in movie clips and then use the half-frame option on them.

That way you can slow down and speed them up at will with blurs and other effects.
